تطبيق «وصلة» (Waslah) منصّة لإدارة محادثات العملاء متعددة القنوات وإدارة العلاقات (CRM)، تابع لشركة شفرة (Shafrah) في دولة قطر. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
قبول الشروط
باستخدامك للتطبيق أو إنشاء حساب فيه، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها. إن كنت تستخدم الخدمة نيابةً عن مؤسسة، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك مخوّل بقبول هذه الشروط باسمها.
وصف الخدمة
توفّر «وصلة» صندوق محادثات موحّد لاستقبال والرد على رسائل العملاء عبر واتساب وإنستقرام، إضافةً إلى إدارة العملاء (CRM) والعقود والفواتير والدفعات وأدوات الفريق والإحصاءات.
الحسابات والمسؤولية
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك.
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك وحسابات فريقك.
- أنت مسؤول عن بيانات مؤسستك وعملائك التي تُدار عبر الخدمة وعن مشروعية جمعها واستخدامها.
الاستخدام المقبول
- يُمنع استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو مسيء أو للإزعاج (Spam).
- يجب الالتزام بسياسات واتساب و Meta وأي منصّة يتم الربط بها.
- يُمنع محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو الإضرار بها أو الوصول غير المصرّح به.
الاشتراك والفترة التجريبية
تتضمن الخدمة فترة تجريبية مدتها ١٤ يوماً. بعد انتهائها يلزم الاشتراك في إحدى الباقات المدفوعة لمواصلة الاستخدام. الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا نصّ القانون المعمول به على خلاف ذلك.
البيانات والخصوصية
تُعالَج بياناتك وفق «سياسة الخصوصية» المتاحة على الرابط /privacy. نوصي بمراجعتها لفهم كيفية جمع البيانات واستخدامها.
خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
تعتمد الخدمة على منصّات خارجية مثل Meta (واتساب وإنستقرام) ومزوّدي الرسائل النصية. قد يتأثر توفّر الخدمة أو بعض ميزاتها بتغييرات أو أعطال لدى تلك المنصّات، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية ذلك.
إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نتحمّل، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقدان بيانات أو أرباح ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو تعذّر استخدامها.
التعديلات والإنهاء
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط أو الخدمة من وقت لآخر، ويسري التعديل عند نشره. كما يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. ويمكنك إنهاء استخدامك للخدمة في أي وقت.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر.

Waslah is a multi-channel customer messaging and CRM platform, a product of Shafrah, based in the State of Qatar. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
By using the app or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Description of service
Waslah provides a unified inbox to receive and reply to customer messages across WhatsApp and Instagram, plus client management (CRM), contracts, invoices and payments, team tools, and analytics.
Accounts & responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and your team's accounts.
- You are responsible for your organization's and customers' data managed through the service, and for the lawful basis of collecting and using it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for any illegal, abusive, or spam purpose.
- Comply with WhatsApp / Meta platform policies and those of any connected platform.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Subscriptions & trial
The service includes a 14-day trial. After it ends, a paid plan is required to continue. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Data & privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy at /privacy. We recommend reviewing it to understand how data is collected and used.
Third-party services
The service relies on external platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram) and SMS providers. Availability of the service or some of its features may be affected by changes or outages at those platforms, for which we are not responsible.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or lost profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes & termination
We may modify these terms or the service from time to time; changes take effect when posted. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and you may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
