سياسة الخصوصية — وصلة

تطبيق «وصلة» (Waslah) تابع لشركة شفرة (Shafrah). نحترم خصوصيتك، وتوضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، صورة الملف الشخصي.
• بيانات المؤسسة: اسم الشركة، الوصف، الشعار، العنوان.
• المحادثات: رسائل عملائك الواردة من واتساب وإنستقرام التي تديرها عبر التطبيق.
• الملفات والمستندات التي ترفعها.
• رمز الإشعارات (Push token) لإرسال التنبيهات.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

• تشغيل صندوق المحادثات الموحّد والرد على العملاء.
• إدارة الفريق والصلاحيات والإحصاءات.
• إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بالمحادثات.

أطراف ثالثة

نتكامل مع منصات Meta (واتساب وإنستقرام) لجلب وإرسال الرسائل نيابةً عنك، وفق شروط تلك المنصات. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.

حذف البيانات

يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق عبر: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. أو تواصل معنا على البريد أدناه.

Waslah is a product of Shafrah. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, phone number, email, profile photo.
• Organization data: company name, description, logo, address.
• Conversations: your customers' messages from WhatsApp and Instagram that you manage in the app.
• Files and documents you upload.
• Push notification token to deliver alerts.

How we use data

• Operate the unified inbox and reply to customers.
• Manage team members, permissions, and analytics.
• Send conversation-related notifications.

Third parties

We integrate with Meta platforms (WhatsApp and Instagram) to receive and send messages on your behalf, under those platforms' terms. We do not sell your data.

Data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all data from within the app: Settings → Delete account. Or contact us at the email below.
